One of several strengths that Anantika demonstrated early on in her internship is that she is able to work in an ambiguous environment on her own. She was able to demonstrate quickly that she is able to produce quality work.
I was very impressed with Anantika's ability to pick up new concepts - she was able to deliver an incredible amount of work especially for an intern. Not only did Anantika produce great work, she was also able to connect with her teammates well which improved the office experience for everyone.
